Neal and Peter try to find Alex who may have information about a German u-boat Vincent Adler wants to find. But her last known location turns out to be a trap set by Adler. Adler needs Neal to help him get past the u-boat’s security. Meanwhile, Mozzie and Sara realize that something is wrong. Meanwhile, Mozzie and Sara contact Diana and Jones and the four use Mozzie’s fractal antenna to try to locate Neal and Peter.

After a couple of false starts, Neal gets into the sub. It is filled with art looted by the Nazi's during World War II. No longer needed, Adler orders his goons to take him, Peter and Alex away. The three wake up in a dry dock with Adler's goons about to flood it. The three manage to get free, thanks in part to Mozzie’s arrival with the Cavalry.

Peter and the FBI work at figuring out where Adler has the u-boat. They limit it to several locations and start searching. Neal sets out on his own and comes across Adler. As Neal and Adler talk, the warehouse explodes. Furious, Adler is about to shoot Neal, but is killed by Peter first. When Peter sees a scrap of painting that he recognizes as Neal's, he confronts Neal. Neal denies having anything to do with the explosion. Neal arrives home and finds a note with a key. It leads to store room filled with the looted Nazi art from the u-boat. For more information, check out Quotes from "Under the Radar" or Nitpicks from "Under the Radar".
