Now Neal needs to break into Kent's office to plants a device that will eat anything he shreds. But only Kent's voice will deactivate it's security system. Peter has dinner with Kent in order to record the Latin phrase that will help Neal. Neal plants the device and all looks good. Peter decides to use Jessica as bait and meets with Kent in his office. As Neal waits with Jessica before she goes into protective custody, he spots the recorder he used earlier to get into Ken's office and confronts her. She confesses she poisoned Kent's drink. Knowing that Peter is with Kent, Neal rushes to Kent's office where he finds the two men on the floor. Neal drags them to the elevator and gets them to the paramedics in time.
